Sean Cheevers

Sean first got into fitness through strength and conditioning training for sports, but then after injury focused on rebuilding and learning how to move the right way. Sean believes his training has been a huge help to not only physical health but also his mental health over the years.

After graduating university, Sean decided to change path and work within his passion instead. He now loves forming friendships with his clients while helping them to work on changing their lives.

For those ready to make a change, Sean recommends focusing on making the easiest changes first – whether that’s something in your lifestyle, joining the gym or just improving your diet. Keep building those skills and habits until it becomes a way of life.

Sean is all about functional fitness, and describes his training style as a mix of bodybuilding, powerlifting and CrossFit. He believes in training to move better, lift heavier and build functional muscles.

When Sean isn’t busy training his clients, you’ll find him in the gym working on his own training.
