Rafael Pieroni

“Aim for consistency.”

Rafael initially signed up to his local gym to transform his body and overcome his self-image issues and limiting beliefs. He now finds coaching his clients into healthier habits extremely rewarding, and loves being able to meet and train so many people with a holistic, health-focused approach.

For those just beginning their fitness journeys, Rafael says to initially aim for four weeks of consistent and consecutive physical training instead of seeking fast physical changes. In doing so, he says you will experience a substantially positive mindset shift that puts you in the right place to achieve the rest of your goals.

Rafael takes a systematic approach to training and focuses on the development and mastering of the basics with consistency and progressive overload.

Outside of the gym, Rafael likes spending time playing hymns on the violin and playing chess online.
