For those beginning their own fitness journey, Lucinda recommends working with someone at the start. In doing so, you gain foundational knowledge and skills to build on which makes your journey easier in the long-run.
Lucinda enjoys training all levels, from beginners to advanced.
Outside of the gym, Lucinda is a super active person, enjoying soccer, swimming and water sports in her down time.
