John has always been into fitness, even as a young child. As a result, it was only natural for him to pursue a career in the field. His training style involves strength, conditioning and performance-based workouts.

John’s sessions will make you feel incredible, and will not only help your performance, but help you achieve aesthetic results. John believes in good 'ol hard work and taking every opportunity given to excel in the gym.

John’s other passions include cricket, playing the guitar and the English Premier League.
