Dinu Ekanaike

“Show up for yourself every single day.”

As the kid in school who hated PE with a passion, Dinu was later introduced to strength training by a friend and fell in love. After experiencing the positive impact health and fitness had on her life, Dinu now loves supporting others through their journey and watching them grow both physically and mentally.

Dinu recommends moving because you love your body, and remembering that any movement is good movement. For those new to fitness, it’s not about being perfect – any progress is good progress.

Dinu takes a holistic approach to training and uses resistance based exercises with a focus on weight lifting and strength to help her clients achieve their goals.

When she’s not training herself or her clients at Revo, you’ll find Dinu at the beach, going for long coastal walks, staying active or driving down south.

If you were an animal, what would you be and why?

Cat – I can fall asleep at any given moment and grumpy when not fed

Fried chicken and ANY form of potatoes

Deadlifts 100%
