Chloe Websdane

“Focus on yourself.”

Chloe had worked in the Allied Health industry as an Exercise Physiologist for many years before she decided to train to become a Personal Trainer to help and educate others in a supportive environment. Chloe loves being able to help people become the best version of themselves, and see their confidence grow as they become fitter, healthier and stronger.

For those just beginning their own health and fitness journey, Chloe says to forget about what everyone else is doing and focus on yourself. She also reminds us to start small, go at your own pace, and remember that small and consistent wins lead to long term results.

Chloe takes a holistic approach with all her clients and considers all aspects of health. She likes to train in both 1:1 sessions and small group classes.

When not training clients, Chloe enjoys taking her dog for a walk, spending time in nature, reading books and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu training.
