Brad Parham

“Reach out for help.”

Growing up, Brad was very active, and discovered as a teen that he loved the feeling of challenging himself with a workout. Ever since, he has used exercise as an outlet from the stresses of day-to-day life. Whilst he was always active growing up, Brad struggled with poor body image issues and had a terrible relationship with food. As an adult who has worked past this, Brad now finds himself privileged to help many clients fall in love with their training, overcome their poor relationship with food and drastically improve their body image. Brad’s favourite part of being a trainer is seeing his clients succeed, noting that ‘their goals are my goals, and their wins are my wins!’

To those who are just beginning their fitness journey, Brad says to ask for help. Health and fitness can seem unnecessarily intimidating and complicated at the beginning. You may be asking yourself: Where do I start? What diet should I follow? How much food should I eat? What should my training program look like? These are all questions that Brad believes can be simply answered when asking a professional.

Brad’s training style is focused on helping his clients to understand the basics so that they can become fully competent and not reliant on a coach forever. Brad aims to continually push his clients towards their goals by building their strength, and practicing a sustainable and unrestrictive relationship with food and the gym to see long term results.

Outside of the gym, Brad’s main hobby is surfing, although he’s very new to it, so it's a continual work in progress! He also enjoys camping, working on his car and going on long drives.
