Arthur Pitt

“Stay consistent.”

Arthur got into fitness through playing sport like most, but what propelled him into coaching was a failed ACL reconstruction and 2 reconstructions in total. He was inspired to become a coach through the lack of resources out there for athletes and their performance training, and wanted to become a source of trusted education, knowledge, and practical experience to guide athletes to becoming better at their sport. As a trainer, he loves seeing athletes return from injury better than they were before, take their performance to new heights and look after their bodies for long, injury free careers.

For those wanting to make a start on their own health and fitness journeys, Arthur’s advice would be to simply start, trust the process and stay consistent. He says you’ll be sure to see results if you find a program you love, and stick with it.

Arthur likes to centre his training around increasing his clients’ performance in an effort to ensure they become better at their sport, improve their strength and speed, and simply feel better, look better and stay injury free.

Outside the gym, Arthur likes to continue to work on his business, read and chill at the beach.
