Ally Taylor

“Nothing is a one size fits all.”

From playing basketball, netball and dancing during high school, to falling in love with strength and conditioning as an adult, Ally has always had a love for health and fitness. She says her main love for exercise comes from the endorphins it brings and the positive effect it has on mental health. Ally’s key driver behind being a personal trainer is being able to uplift and empower people so they can build their self-confidence.

For those just beginning their fitness journey, Ally says to remember that nothing is a one size fits all. She recommends trying a range of different fitness styles and exercises until you find something that you enjoy. In doing so, exercise will shift from a punishment to a reward you give to yourself.

Ally’s training style is made of a combination of strength and conditioning, as well as boxing. However, if her clients are up for it, she is welcoming of any styles that they might love.

Outside of the gym, you can find Ally spending time outdoors, taking her dogs for a walk, heading to the beach for a dip, or spending time with her friends and family.
