Aisling O'Brien

“It’s about the journey, not the destination”.

As a professional dancer, fitness was a non-negotiable in Aisling’s life. When she retired from dancing professionally, and began to teach instead, she found herself being inspired to focus on providing well-rounded and balanced education to prevent injuries. Becoming a trainer allowed Aisling to continue to help people connect with their bodies and understand them better.

For those wanting to make a start on their own health and fitness journey, Aisling says to remember that it’s all about the journey and not the destination. If you focus on finding ways to enjoy fitness, results will come naturally.

Aisling likes to focus on functional movement patterns, balance and core strength. As a trainer her aim is to be flexible, adaptable, and efficient - having kids made her learn new ways to get the most out of every workout!

Outside the gym, Aisling’s two toddlers keep her very busy! When she isn’t spending time with them and watching them learn and grow, she loves to dance.
